If you're shooting RAW, all the things like high iso noise reduction and auto lighting optimiser don't apply, they're just for JPEG.
If you're shooting JPEG then you've picked good settings although I wouldn't bother messing with the rgb colour space. Also, if you shoot in bright daylight or any high contrast environment, then the highlight tone priority setting is quite handy, for JPEG at least.
