Cook - will be back and scoring runs again once he sorts himself out, maybe unburdened by captaincy
Carberry - Have we got an alternative? He showed glimpses and fell to some great fielding at times. Sadly our second highest run scorer in the series
Trott - don't expect to see him back sadly. Hope he can continue to enjoy county cricket like Trescothick did
Pietersen - He's an idiot. Let his era come to an end naturally and move on
Bell - class act who needs fucking kick up the arse really hard
Root - Will be back to score runs. A full season playing county cricket might help him
Ballance - Not convinced - back to county cricket
Bairstow - Suspect technique. Got bowled too many times last summer and looked poor again. I hold very little hope for him
Prior - Bit of an ego. Believed the hype about himself. I hope he can rediscover his old form
Swann - Cheerio. Was great to watch but not for the last two years.
Panesar - As above
Borthwick - Won't play a Test for England ever again. Nowhere near good enough
Stokes - The only player who can walk away having enhanced his reputation. He's not a strike bowler but seems to have a nack of picking up wickets
Broad - Will be fine. Not a great tour but not big changes needed
Anderson - No help from conditions or pitch. Still one of the top three bowlers in the world
Bresnan - Not fit and conditions didn't suit
Tremlett - Not fit. Rushed back
Rankin - Not enough of a threat and not worth perservering with at 29
