I'll probably still have to walk up Ditchling Bastard Beacon
probably
and Turner's Bloody Hill
behaveIt's nice to roll in a group of FGSS (pacing, hills, braking are all a bit different) so if you have a FGSS then bring that along. The idea is not to exclude people if they don't have one gear but to sort of encourage people to ride them if they have them. Lots of opportunities to ride with others on gears, fewer to ride FGSS hence the site etc. etc. but if you must bring gears don't let that stop you from coming.
Just don't ride a brompton

Aw maaaaan. You've no idea how much I want to do this. :(

Want want want. But same situation as Skive. Must organise something.
Speaking of which FGSS babysitter's club?

I've only ridden to Brighton once before and we were too lazy to plan a route so just took main roads and stopped at all the pubs. I'm not sure if I was drunk but I actually don't remember any hills at all, so I want to give this a go to see what all the fuss is about :)
In if I'm not still in Dublin for my mum's 60th.

Nice work on organising this YAL. Might want to have the title changed to correct date format though, 2014-01-25.
Yanks, getting the date wrong since 1776 (or whenever) ;)

Potentially in for first forum ride , is brakelss ok for this ? and 80gi too high?
I'm just playing YAL. I'm not that bothered :-) I have a Surly now, by the way, Dom has Dave!
