Start of the year a good time to finally kick off my plan to progress to being able to run well to and from work (8 miles each way) on the same day. So I ran 4 miles to Clapham Junction this morning, train the rest of the way. Will do the reverse this evening. Will do this two or three days each week. Will try to progress each week to running to the next station closer to Shepherds Bush, till I'm running the full distance each way the same day. Currently a run to work is no problem but even running back from Clapham on the return is painful.
Was hard to turn left to Clapham Junction rather than just head for Battersea Bridge and on to work, but I have to stick with the plan.
