Orient Express - Cheap Chinese Rims / Wheels / Forks / Frames / Cranks / Etc

Well, had to get caught sooner or later, 5th Chinese carbon delivery to date, these were wheels from CN Carbon. Until now I thought I had it sussed by getting deliveries to my studio, wrong! At least it's only £28....

Just learned a valuable 'Italian Lesson'. Customs here in Italy charge 48% (!!!) duty on all bike related goods coming from China (apparently to 'protect' all the honest hard working carbon fibre parts manufacturers that exist in this beautiful country). Anyway, on top of that the seller (arron-bike) declared the wheels were sold for over 100EUR more than I paid, then 22% VAT. I feel like I have been violated sexually and emotionally... Not sure whether to send the bastard things back and ruin the plans for my new build, or just pay the cash and end up not being able to look at my really expensive cheap Chinese wheels (which will probably fall apart on account of their cheapness when i am doing 80kph down a mountain) :-( I hate 2014 already.
