Managed 5k and 20k in France over the last few days. Was wonderful running through glorious countryside with Liz tailing me on the bike for moral support in the pissing rain.
Wore my osprey pack for the 20k, hardly drank any of the 1l of water I put in it but it was comfy and handy for stuffing my waterproof in when I got too hot despite the drizzle.
5k today felt horrible though and ache all over..
