Currently trying to sort out a problem with Sweaty/Ollie whose firm I utilised to move flat a couple of weeks ago.
Basically overpaid the blokes by £100 on the day and have been trying to get it back to no avail. Personally texted and phoned the specific delivery man who agreed I had overpaid him and stated he would return the money but has not done so. Multiple PM's and emails to Sweaty/Ollie have gone un-answered.
Perhaps it's the holiday season, but still - £100 is a lot to me.
It's been two weeks since the move.
