Sorry to hear that. I was on those roads today and it certainly was sketchy. At the top of Toys Hill there was a nasty patch of black ice that downed a number of riders. I only managed to stay upright as I was on my fixed and find it easier to control things on that one.
I hope the aches and pains don't last too long.
