^^did my first run in my free 5.0s today, quite enjoyable despite feeling like i had nothing in the legs for some reason, pretty sure they're only good for short runs though.
Will be testing my new pair of nike lunarglide 3s I got today for my long runs, figured a bit more cushioning and a little bit of heel support (without a high arch cushion or medial post) will help me on the slow long runs as my kinvaras tend to feel like my feet are tiring as I get over 6 miles, but that might be me still acclimatising to them .
