Hmm, I dont know how much did the dropouts (lauble fichter from germany) add to the cost. I'd assume they are a bit cheaper than paragon as they are from europe.
I picked up zona just because he suggested it :-) Supposed to be relatively light, sturdy & reliable.
There is clearance for 45mm in the rear and 48mm in the front (enve tapered cross fork). Chainstay lenght is 415 at the minimum. 1cm shorter than modern crossbikes, just to make it a bit more agile for skinny tire rides.
