OK, we can go ahead with the current list, so if everybody pays by 6th January I'll get started.
Schedule (approximate).
Hopefully 2nd January: Pick up samples from engraver - these are a couple I'm having done with different (Type 3 & 4) finishes, which will be options.
Type 1: Engraved, raw finish
Type 2: Engraved then anodised black, as shown in the pix people have been posting
Type 3: Anodised black, then engraved
Type 4: Anodised black, then laser etched
6th January: If necessary, go to machinist to get more blanks
20th January: Take raw blanks to engraver. This will be the cut off date for anybody to get on this batch
27th January: Take engraved blanks to anodiser, ship Type 1 orders
31st January: Ship Type 2 orders, return anodised blanks to engraver
7th February: Ship type 3 & 4 orders
Any of these dates could slip depending on the workload at the various subcontractors, and if you order mixed types your shipping date will be the latest one for the types ordered.
