Two very good goals for Everton.
I was more entertained by the Swansea fans singing. "Just like Cardiff your city is Red"

Ahhh, blissful ignorance...they'd have you believe that Liverpool is awash with Liverpool supporters.

Hahahahahahaha!
You don't have talk some wank!
We've lost once all season, how many have you lost?
We've lost once at home all calendar year, how many have you lost?
Won 6 in 11, drawn 4, lost 1
We've lost a couple of games, but things have changed since Shteve took over. We've won our last 7 home and away, no need to bang on about history and calendar years. It's about the current season and recent results. This is the best football I've seen us play since Jim Smith got us promoted in 1996. There is a strong possibility that we could be on 10 straight wins before Chelsea visit us in the cup.
After years of mediocrity and dissappointment it feels good to have a record to brag about. You should know that.

So....still talking bollocks then

Let me know when you're ready to play proper football and we'll discuss how good Derby are

And where is that manager and his tactical acumen now?

Racist!

City or Chelsea for me
Arsenal will fade
Liverpool will still get beat by shit teams every 4 games
Utd are too far gone
We'll get top 5Chelsea are gonna have to pull their socks up to do it because they're still not playing well.
Citeh should do it.
Agreed on Arsenal but I can't see them falling out of top 4.
LFC...January transfers will need to be top notch to ensure CL. I can't bet we will not soil our sheets. Title? Nah.
Utd and Spurs are that far back. It's all well and good starting off well (ask Southampton) but Utd know what it feels like in Feb/Mar coming into the home straight and not be phased. There'll be little bed wetting from them.
EFC? Who knows. There's little pressure on you which makes a good finish all the easier.

I like West Ham as a club but the owners and manager are complete helms. Would love to see that fat cunt take them down then get sacked - don't forget, this is the tit who said he could manage Barca and Real Madrid!
He's like the 17th highest paid manager in world football!

Pisti getting all mikec c.2010 is amazing... What a pellet...
Have a word with yourself, you sound like a Kopite twat...

louis van gaal, in possible spurs move after end of world cup.
can it be classed as a come and get me plea, or more of come and pad my bank account plea. He doesn't fit the young up and coming manager I'd want, but Levy's probably thinking Van Gaal can get us over the hump.
Of the people mentioned he'd go top of my list if we're not going Laudrup or De Boer..

managerial phenotype for spurs needs now:
Has definite system.
Gees players up.
Pragmatic enough to get the best from ade to sell him on to someone. -
• #94468
What's guus van hiddinck up to?
-
• #94469
He's taking over the Dutch national team when Van Gaal leaves.
Assuming you mean Guus Hiddink, rather than his namesake van Hiddink?
-
• #94470
That's him.
There's apparently a great young Portuguese manager available. He has a system.

louis van gaal is a backwards step. Not a long term solution.
I like the fact Adebuyer scored two goals yesterday. More proof that AVB really didn't have a clue
Big game tonight and it is so, so tight at the top. If Arse lose they will have dropped from first to fourth in one round of matches. I wonder who will wet the bed.
I wonder who will wet the bed the most over Christmas. It is highly likely that Liverpool will lose both games and will be booted out the top 4 for good. That's where my money is going anyway

If the board are being pragmatic, they take van Gaal for a couple of seasons, he'll get us into the CL places, will work with a director of football, and will probably get all the teams from youth up playing 433.
I doubt van Gaal is a backwards step for any club mikec.
Won the bundesliga with Bayern back in 2010, and the Eredivisie with AZ Alkmaar in 2009, and Holland quaified for the world cup without losing a match (I think) so he still knows how to win and motivate players, and is flexible enough to use the players he's got with a couple of wrinkles to play..
Like I said I'd prefer a younger manager, but if van Gaal wants to parachute in and do two/three years of Benitez at Chelsea work for Spurs, then who am I to disagree..
-
• #94473
van Gaal is just the man for Spurs, and over-rated (mainly by himself) arrogant prick.
MikeC - you'll beat us on Boxing Day, I'm going 1-3.
-
• #94474
But he won the Bundesliga with Bayern. He must be good.
-
• #94475
I love you, Corny, but I'm a have to put you on ignore...
