I'm normally a scotch drinker but I've been thinking about treating myself to a bourbon in the new year. Been looking at Noah's Mill or Hudson Baby Bourbon (purely for the "sonic maturation")
Any recommendations?

Picked up some Woodford Reserve for £22 at Asda the other day. Loving it, not really been that into bourbon before now.
Nice bourbon is really good... like with most spirits our first interaction with them is something cheap an nasty. Probably drinking way to much and vomming everywhere, thusly putting you off a spirit for no really good reason
I'd rather drink Woodford Reserve than most blended whiskies. Not in the mood for a complex single malt or single cask whisky every day.
I mentioned I got given a bottle of this back in July; kicks everything you thought you knew about 'good' bourbon into a cocked hat.
