I'd be surprised if he doped at Sky and, despite what the twitterati might have you believe, there is no evidence to back your claim.
He'd just ridden the Tour of Beijing so I'd expect a defence based on food contamination, which may be reasonable given the well documented use of clenbuterol in Chinese farming.
