  • Where from and how much if you don't mind me asking. I need a 30mm long nut for some new carbon forks but they are 8 or 9 quid.

SJS has 30mm ones for £4.
    http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/wheels-manufacturing-recessed-caliper-brake-bolt-m6-x-30-mm-each-prod29872/

I was annoyed I hadn't noticed before because I had to shell out extra postage on such a ridiculous item when I should have got it as part of a single larger order. The same applies to my other separate purchase of brake shoes... grrr...

  • Cheers, still adds up to 6.50. I;ll do the rounds of LBS's before ordering.

  • Converted my loft from a useless shithole, into a training den. Put a floor and what in.

    Vroom Vroom.

  • where is the fork from/ how much does it weight? x

The fork is a real Look one, 1' carbon with alu steerer, quite heavy. The frame is not a Look I think, repainted with Look decals and heavy too. The whole bike is 9.9 kg which is outrageous. Train heavy, race light as they say, and I don't race!

  • ^^Is it just my quality LFGSS BikeFit at play,

or does your saddle look too high?

    Cool GIF btw

  • Using Wiggy as a comparison,
his knee flexes more at the top of the stroke,
and his other foot isn't as plantar flexed as yours

Then again he isn't really human

  • yeah.. whats up with the plastic all over the place, do you habe a fan there?

  • Spinning wheels?

  • Big fans!! One behind the step ladder.

Saddle is maybe a touch high, gif exaggerates, due to freeze frame. But it works for me.

  • ^Derp,

    and gotcha :)

  • Jesus Skinny, I'm surprise you still got some bits left over between your legs to piss and hump.

  • ISM Adamo mate. Amazing saddle.
Did 2x40min and 2x20 in position over 3h period monday. No issues.

  • Got a url to the gif?

  • Hah! oh sumo...

  • Your bar angle is wrong, it should ideally point at the rear brake bridge.

    #internetbikefit

    ..

  • Lurking bored GF is excellent bike security.

  • it actually does, it's the angle of the photo that makes it look strange.

  • gets custom bike made. puts on clip-on mudguards....

  • front mudguard doesn't cover much...

  • Want tight clearance, can't run mudguard.

  • this shows it better

  • gets custom bike made. puts on clip-on mudguards....

Clip on's because I didn't want to change the geometry to fit them. It handles exactly how I wanted and I had clip on's in mind when designing it as I know they work.

    front mudguard doesn't cover much...

works enough to keep my feet dry.

Want tight clearance, can't run mudguard.

    see above.

  • this shows it better

    Hook, line, and fucking sinker.
