Stood outside holborn station at the side exit today at around 5.20 for a good 15 mins and honestly walked away angry at what I observed.
cop on either side of the road, purposely only talking to cyclists who crosses the green box line, even by half a wheel. Basically waiting for red light jumpers.
However, not talking to any motorists who repeatedly stopping in the box. Just before I left, I even observed a private taxi taking up the entire box, pushing cyclists into the side and therefore creating a possible dangerous situation for those turning left like he was.
Pretty shocking
