71 miles from Windsor down to fleet and Farnham, really struggled and not really sure why, I think the trading load of this week has caught up with me, but good company and a fairly decent pace of 16mph including a couple of stops for punctures and a stop at a shop for a few of the group to restock..
Unfortunately right at the end someone fell off, but having been in the group that was racing to get the best time on the strava segment into Windsor, same chap as last week, I did get sideways around the roundabout but he really needs to get some more grippy tires...
were you on Tilford Rd heading into Farnham sometime near 12?
I saw a bunch of chaps when discretely slinking back out the bushes in my fluo gabba after taking a piss. You may have only seen a mysterious but beautiful white steel Denton tourer propped up against a fence with no owner is sight though.
Had gone riding from Farnham out to Cranleigh and back round via Hasslemere and Beacon Hill. The cold was made worse by my Garmin crapping out every 20 mins but was still a nice ride and copped some nice lemon drizzle cake for the privilege. I forgot how up and down Surrey is-over 1000m climbing and didn't feel like that included any hills of much significance.
