Eyes are very sharp, and very white - but hey.. always depends what you want & what it's for..
Portra 100 would have been nicer of course.
I like the way the background is. Neat.
Whole face looks sort-of airbrushed, hard to still tell it's actually skin. Not necessarily a bad thing but I'd do it differently.
If you're going for such a clean look might as well stamp the loose hair on top out.
I like the light overall, the colours are good, and the pose works.
