Apologies, I shot it on my Pentax 645, on the standard 75mm 2.8 using Kodak Portra 400, developed at rapid eye and scanned at home.
I then did a bit of post processing in lightroom, mainly to take out the blue tint the background had and sharpen it up slightly, I think I might have over done it slightly on the eyes though.
I think I need to be lighting the background more, this was taken using the light from my living room window and a reflector giving a bit of lift under her chin.
