As for levers, IRD is going to release a levers that's apparently closer to the Campagnolo design than the Tektro/Cane Creek one, the only pic I can find is the drillium ZST;
The best singlespeed levers I've ever ridden with is the Campagnolo Record one that cost a bomb, however no reason why you couldn't get a broken Centaur (silver) and gut out the shifts out of it.
