I took that picture on my phone, I actually meant to put it in the phone thread.
It has been through Lightroom tho so probably does belong here really...^^liking the top one particularly, can't go wrong with people looking along diagonal lines in empty spaces

Love that 1st one.
The 2nd one makes me think, "Soon.." -

I'm having a slight problem finding a teleconverter lens that's compatible with the 70D and a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM.
Anyone aware of anything that will work? -
• #4935
A kenko one might but af will be limited if working at all. I think there's a contact point taping trick. Try googling it. Image quality will be v poor with that combo
though if it worked at all. Cheapest way to get a long zoom is a sigma 150-500 but they can be hit and miss due to Sigma's poor quality control . -

I tried a kenko and the af sends up an error message and fucks everything up.
Google doesn't give me a satisfactory combo. I'll take a look at the sigma 150-500. Cheers dan531c. -

My housemate also has a Nikon D7000 body for sale if anyone is interested at a decent price only around 10.000 clicks (about 5% of the shutter life)

The shutter on my D7000 failed today on just under 47,000. What's the price? PM me if you don't want to say on here.

Nice, I like that low contrast look some of them have. Are you using like a colour preset or doing it yourself?
-
• #4944
Some of them are done with VSCO (dialled down a bit) but mostly just some custom presets in CameraRaw as starting points.

A very dreamy, narcotic atmosphere to a lot of those photos, especially when viewing lots in a row.

Took my D7000 to Fixation at 10.30 yesterday morning (the shutter has gone) and just got a call saying the repair has been done. Very impressed.

Fixation are great and they're actually nice as well which is rare for camera shops! Hope it wasn't too expensive...
Cheers Gav, I like that description :)

^ that. I always allow at least a couple of hours when I visit there, 15-20mins to get whatever I need sorting out sorted and the rest chatting with them about anything photography related.

They have perhaps the most drool-worthy used gear cabinet too.
