You can't play a short-mallet game on a long one. Think about how a longer mallet could benefit your play and then adjust your approach to the ball to exploit that. Same applies for reducing mallet length.

fr0m 90 to - 100. a few nights later it felt perfect. I'm now on 104.5 (heartFM) i love it. But more so at HH than Newt. Smother court = smoother dribbling.

Also josh pulled a face at WHBPC when discussing his long mallet, he wasn't so sure at that time, but that could have been jet lag and i just want to tell a csb.

I'm trying with 108cm. I'm tall, and the guys named my bike as 'scaffold', or 'tall bike'... hehe. So, the change it's good for me. I have some drawbacks shooting, but rest it's ok. Maybe 105cm... :)

As much as it affects your game, if you stick (see what I did there?) to it you'll eventually adapt and get used to it. There's too much fad in polo, that said, try different setups and you'll eventually find the one which best suits you. Also applies to bikes too ;)
