i think his prices reflect where he is based.
i beleive if he lived in a trendy part of london, had cool hair and full sleeve tatts. he would be able to charge twice as much.

Re colour if it's lugged or you have a lugged headtube I would have the tube section black to match the other black panals. If not I think it looks good as is. If you wanted something different or a bit more mutted you could use silver/dark grey to replace the white sections.
