I have 45mm and 46mm covers left. The right size depends on how thick the head tube wall is. I think the IS8 is Campag size (41.8mm bearings), so 46 might work, but I'm using a 47 on my 464 which only has 41mm bearings so there's really no way to guess, you have to measure your head tube overall diameter to get the aesthetic fit right, although functionally even the 45 will overlap the inner bore of the head tube and act as a dust cover.
