Anyone have one of the merino collars from PX or Rapha?

^yup, the rapha one. they're very good.

I have a few merino collars/neck warmers/buffs. The Rapha ones are shaped. Which is nice for neck use, but mean its less good for making a beanie out of. Made of nice material. I have a Devold merino buff too. Not as thick and with more stretch.

I can't find my PX one but liked it last year, I'll have to find another soon.

I've asked for a pink waffa collar for crimbo (max douchebag points). I have a 'fig' coloured one that I havent used since buying it in lightly used condition off here. I will sell it for what I paid for it, if I can confirm the new one.

My HH warm freeze 1/2 zip merino base layer arrived today. Fits me so good I look like a borderline body builder. Really nice construction too. If it performs well I shall be ordering more. £15 after discount reduced from £62, bargain

Turns out the wool set is 100% merino 195gsm weight. haven't tried them on but £25 for a baselayer and long johns is a billy bargain if they fit me.

My HH wool thermals turned up today, £200 quids worth for £50 delivered. Wearing the top right now, very nice. Pacef8, I owe you. That was find of the year for me.

Tried the merino hat and collar in the condor shop earlier... Both felt beautiful. Does anyone have rapha oversocks.? Am thinking of just getting the winter bundle if I'm gonna get the hat and collar

I have the oversocks. They're certainly not overshoes. Nor are they waterproof or resistant, but they take the edge off the wind. Paired with a proper pair of winter socks, they're fine for dry weather. Though if you want them for water protection, look elsewhere.
