The number of TIME pedals that required maintenance on this topic is rather alarming.
Most of the problems are to do with the dust caps. Tighten them regularly and the pedals don't make funny noises and they don't come off. If they come off, the pedal slides around, and and a year or so back Time stopped making replacement dust caps easily available - I suspect because they only cost a couple of quid and would keep the pedals going for years more, and they'd make more money from people replacing the whole pedal instead of just the dust caps, particularly cos it costs quite a bit to send them to Time to get them replaced.
