I find Maxxis Refuse to be good on grip, durability and puncture resistance, but they aren't particularly quick.
I really rated Michelin Krylion but Michelin have replaced them with the Pro Race 4 Endurance, which I've not tried. They are the closest I've used to your four criteria.
