From my experience, I'd recommend the BB7 road calipers as you can use them with BMX levers for flat bars (which work really well!) and still have the option to use them with drops if you go down that route in the future. Also I think there may be clearance issues with the MTB ones on the back. As for rotors, I'd reccomend the original Avid 160mm front and rear. You cannot run a 140 on the back.
