Ouch, I love brooks a lot, but that brown / honey one kills your Roberts here... And beside the colour, the B17 kind of looks too touring...

That white brooks on the other hand could be quite cool. Teddy had/has the Ti version on his Tomasini and it looked very nice.

Yeah it's not permanent, just trying different saddles at the moment. I would like to end with something white. The Brooks swallow in white looks real tempting, but still a lot of money for something which isn't titanium. Might also look at the C17, when Brooks come off holiday.

Yeah I corrected the bar angle the other day. It was indeed pointing downwards a bit. And yes still pondering on the saddle.

A white regal could be an idea, but black bar tape and Flite 1990 would be more practical.

Lovin' the Roberts Stem, little things like this set the bike above the rest.

Time to do mine now, going towards a modern look with some re-used original parts.
Keeps the cost down :)

Thanks, it was an opportune purchase way before I got the frame. It was just too unique to pass on. I would prefer it to be slightly shorter but I can live with it. Good luck with your build, if you need any advice just give me a shout.

Updated with a new saddle, Fizik Antares with Kium rails. My bum is liking this saddle a lot. Also a Garmin Edge 500 which I am hugely impressed with after the first ride today.

Update on this, since building up the Waterford, I don't think this will see much action so I am considering selling the groupset but keeping the frameset. Will draw up prices and such soon.
