Please report dangerous drivers to the police - Roadsafe. Report to plod, not just whinge here.

the crime would have to be on the part of management for e.g. knowingly allowing an unfit vehicle on the road, policies that are incompatible with safe/legal driving etc

I think that's what Jeez was getting at. Corporate manslaughter/corporate punishment so they can't just parachute another driver into the same situation when a current one gets banned/banged up.
