The fixie foxie polo frames work out about the same price as the hija. They're made to order rather than in batches. When I ordered mine they asked if I wanted any slight mods from the standard spec. If I was using 26" or 700c wheels. I found Matej easy to communicate with. The brazing/welds are tidy. The geometry is good. The only fault I can find is the lack of available colours (Matt black,gloss black and raw.) definitely worth considering over the hija if a budget polo specific frame is what your after.
