I'm paying £12.90 a month now, rolling, and have exactly the same things as on GiffGaff for £12.50 (ULTD Texts/Internet and 250min). And as a bonus for my extra 40p a month I get some semblance of customer service.
The £15/m for a year is better than GG, as it includes unlimited tethering which GG doesn't. And all of these support 4G which IIRC GG don't
