Not the point though is it. Every Android device with backup enabled is sending plaintext back to Google from every wifi point they've connected to.
Is it transmitted plaintext? Stored plaintext? Then there's NSA/GCHQ with its little Google syphon capturing it all..
You're also forgetting that people are generally very shit with passwords. Have their wifi password and I bet you'd do pretty damn well to grabbing a few other passwords.
