Did 5.6k with my wife and dog today in 38 minutes, a couple of short walks particularly on the really long hill.
Very proud of her considering that running for a bus was a real challenge 4 months ago, will keep encouraging her and hopefully she'll be running Cliveden 10k with me in January!
