If you want a roadbike you can't build it with a modern 8-9-10.ect... speed wheel. The 126 mm speacing is for ...6-7speed bikes. I use this frame with a 130mm wheel, but that hub was a single speed hub, and on that you can change the spacing easily. But the 126mm is a standard too, you can easily buy those wheels. So the wheel spacing is depends, how many speeds you want/need.
