I have been wondering how Lance is reasoning. He always states he isnt the kind of guy to name names - as he is a "stand up guy" - not like his backstabbing former teammates. But as I see it, he is saving all of the information he knows, which one can only assume includes names, for a negotiation with USADA/WADA to get a reduced ban so that he can compete again and make money with possible endorsements when competing in triathlon again.
It is like he is holding on to this last little bit of dignity which he thinks he has - by saying he wont name names - only to have that as his only leverage in getting a reduced ban.
