Yes Chromaflair is possible but it's extremely expensive. 1ltr of the paint is just under £300. Those kind on paints are also very delicate and don't touch up very well. If you're looking for a show only bike it's awesome, just not for anything else.
If you're wanting that kind of finish possibly a candy green with spin-drift metalflake and a tinted lacquer would provide a similar result.
