Short wheelbase for storage / throwing in back of car on a whim.
Gears for the significant (Clee) hill I live half way up.
Robust enough for farm track before I reach the asphalt.
Racks for taking recycling into town.
Racks for bringing shopping back from town (crate of beer back, Chinese takeaway front)
Cheap parts to 'prove' the concept - modify or replace with better when things prove inadequate by breaking.
