She's fine, if a little hacked off in that photo.
She has stopped grooming herself effectively, and had developed severe matting which was starting to irritate her.
It looks bad because the skin is a bit raw in places where she had chewed, but it's no bothering her much, and she's otherwise chirpy and happy.
We this, as she is very good faecal communicator when she's unhappy.
