I just made these:-
A bit old hippy, but they are very nice to wear, can live in a saddle bag and are great when on tour as the only other footwear I need after my cycling shoes.
They are all leather, and surprisingly tough
They are moulded to my feet while the leather is wet. So the fit is perfect.
I picked up the design from a french recluse living in a hut in Southern Morocco about 25 years ago. He made me a pair which are worn out now, so I copied the design. I have a bit of finishing to do yet, but I am happy to be able to make my own footwear!
