Purple track frame now looks like this! We acid-dipped then bead blasted it. Acid takes away every bit of paint, rust, grit, basically any contamination. The inside of this frame is exactly the same quality as the outside. To give you an idea about how soft acid and beading a frame is we use it on all 953 tubing.
Other painters will burn a frame off purely because it's cheaper and easier, we acid-dip because we are 100% sure the frame is spotless and good paint is all about the prep-work.
