I had an alu GT track. It came with a 110.5mm Phil Wood bb + 7600 DA crank.
Swapped the frame for an identical Ti version but the^ bb axle was too short.
I had to resort to the DA njs bb that was originally in the Ti frame measuring 112.25mm.
It's now shot and I can't be arsed with the required maintenance for the Dura Ace system (open cup and balls- especially as it has no weather sleeve) in a UK winter.
I'd like to rebuild the Phil Wood bb with a longer axle but for ISO the options aren't great:
Campy / ISO Taper
92 [not a standard size]
102
105
108
110.5
115
Would it be better going for the 115 ISO?
If not, what's the best way of converting an ISO bb axle to JIS bb to be used with an ISO crank?

What are opinions of Dura Ace Octalink?
