• In Evans retail training they taught me to tell customers who pick up black cycling gear but are put off by visibility, that it there have been scientific studies proving that black clothing actually creates the boldest outline and is therefore the best for visibility... or something along those lines.

    My friend had a new rear mech attached to their bike by Evans and on changing gear for the first time on a short steep climb it ended up in their spokes.
    Evans sold me a light that was shit and held water better than a sunken submarine.
    In addition, Evans staff can't build or true a wheel properly.
