Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

My Rain Jacket is no longer waterproof, still windproof, but it doesn't keep me dry after a heavy rain.

Bit annoying, going to hunt for alternative that's much cheaper, shame it won't be as comfortable as the Rapha version.

Why not simply reproof it?
