Time to sitback and healup - don't worry too much about a bit of blood on the brain.
The brain is a living organ, it can heal pretty good.
Not sure if your on anti seizer drugs, they make you feel 10x worse but make sure you finish all your meds.
I have had my fair share of head injuries (not a fan of helmets)
