Is cold setting a 120mm steelie to 130mm and build up a dished SS-casette-Hope-hub-130mm-wheel straight forward? (Hulsroy?)
Sheldon Brown (I think) wrote as a rule-of-thumb you can easily go one size up with no problems. So 120-130mm, 130-135mm. 120-135 might be pushing it?
Those SS hope hubs are 135mm I think.
If you get to 130mm with your frame you can chuck any road wheel in with some spacers and these... bingo.
