Just run a regular v brake lever. I am running a XT V brake lever with mini vs and the pull is brilliant and I love it. Are you getting TRP Spyre or HY/RD? I have a Spyre and I am thinking about returning it and getting it for the HY/RD so if you want it I can post it over tomorrow.
