Sorry I misread your post, DMR have a 10mm solid axle SS cassette disc hub and IIRC CK does a bolt on one. If you are going for even higher spec there is an American company which does one with infinite/instant engagement, very pricey though and uses proprietary cog.

These? I now want one.
