Beautiful chilly morning, out through ewell, epsom up through headley, down lodgebottom past ponnies and sheep. Low lying mist and warm sun rising.
Golden leaves and flickering sunlight.
Double lap of boxhill, back down through headley, sun on my back
homeward bound.
35 miles.
Hot bath
Fried egg on toast
Tea.
