^ You made the right decision. I did a 85 mile club run today, was a last minute decision totally contrary to last night's plan to not bother due to the rain....
Got soaked in the second hour (ish), spent the rest of the day with my feet in puddles in my shoes and my hands in sodden gloves. Ah well, what doesn't kill you blah blah. Still kinda wish I'd not done it though!
